Project Background
The Dáil Bar is a classic local pub in the heart of Galway city. With a sharp focus on sport and supporting local clubs it appeals to the well healed 20-30 somethings of Galway city as well as being a popular place to eat for tourists the summer months.
The Work
Because of it’s city centre position the Dáil Bar has to appeal to a broad range of customers. Using rich blacks, wood motifs and the gold of the existing logo I built up a consistent visual language that was very well received. Clear, easy-to-read menus, visually striking posters and supporting branded vouchers, business cards, comment cards all helped to support the Dáil Bar in its popularity and success.
